Every one of our Authentic Bistro Chairs is entirely handmade to order in France by skilled artisans. Raw rattan is steamed, bent and assembled into chair frames by hand and then covered in a clear weatherproof varnish. Seats and backs are woven by hand from natural Rilsan into complexand colorful patterns, customized according to your individual choice. And since color is injected into the Rilsan while still in its liquid state, you can be sure the colors will never wear out or fade.
